Assist instructors during training sessions

Support daily dive center operations
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Handle bookings for diving courses, fun dives, and snorkeling trips
- Prepare daily dive schedules and participant lists
- Coordinate booking details with instructors, divemasters, and boat crew
- Manage customer records, waivers, and payment confirmations
- Support front desk and operations with dive-related administration
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,800 per month

Operate dive boats safely and professionally

Monitor weather and sea conditions to support safe operations

Ensure marine safety and maintain emergency readiness at all times

Navigate efficiently to designated dive and snorkeling sites

Maintain boat cleanliness and perform basic upkeep

Coordinate closely with dive instructors and dive center staff
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300 per month

Assist divers with boarding and exiting the boat

Handle tanks and dive equipment loading and unloading

Support boat operations during dive and snorkeling trips

Maintain deck safety and overall cleanliness

Assist with mooring and anchoring procedures

Follow safety instructions from the captain at all times
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800 per month

Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures

Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries

Respond to WhatsApp, email, and walk-in guests professionally

Process payments and handle basic billing tasks

Promote dive packages and activities to guests

Assist guests with daily arrangements and general support
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,200 per month

Clean guest rooms and common areas to resort standards

Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained

Manage laundry operations and linen handling

Replenish room amenities and essential supplies

Report damages or maintenance issues promptly

Support overall resort cleanliness and housekeeping operations
Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000 per month

Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs as required

Maintain air-conditioning systems and water supply infrastructure

Conduct routine facility inspections to identify issues early

Repair and maintain resort equipment and essential fixtures

Support upkeep of dive rinse and equipment storage areas

Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300 per month

Monitor resort premises during night hours

Conduct regular patrols and safety checks
-
Observe CCTV and security systems continuously

Ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times
-
Handle incidents and emergency situations calmly and professionally

Report any unusual activities immediately to management
