Our daily Semporna Snorkeling Packages are perfect for families, couples, and groups who want to experience the crystal-clear shallow reefs, white sandy beaches, and vibrant marine life from the surface. We provide high-quality masks, snorkels, fins, and life jackets for everyone, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience even if you are not a strong swimmer.

Our guides are trained to help you spot Green Turtles, Blue Spotted Rays, and colorful coral gardens. Join us for a day of sun, sea, and smiles!

Choose Your Route

We operate daily boat trips to the following island combinations. Pick the one that fits your style!

  • Mabul + Kapalai: The most popular route. Visit the water villages of Mabul and snorkel the stunning shallow artificial reefs of Kapalai. Huge turtles are guaranteed!
  • Tun Sakaran Marine Park (Bohey Dulang + Sibuan + Mantabuan): The best for sightseeing. Hike 600m up Bohey Dulang for the iconic panoramic view, then cool off snorkeling in the pristine waters of Sibuan and Mantabuan.
  • Mataking + Timba-timba: A photographer’s dream. Walk on the long white sandbar of Timba-timba and snorkel the “two oceans” of Mataking.
  • Mataking + Pandanan: Explore the rich coral walls of Mataking and the quiet, relaxing reefs of Pandanan island.
  • Pom-pom + Pandanan: A relaxing day out. Pom-pom is famous for its turtle hatchery and beautiful white beaches.
  • Si Amil + Denawan: For the explorers. These remote islands offer untouched corals and a glimpse into local island life, far away from the tourist crowds.
  • Tabawan + Adal: A southern adventure offering unique landscapes and vibrant, healthy reef systems.
  • Sipadan Snorkeling: Yes, snorkelers can go to Sipadan! While expensive due to permit fees, it offers the chance to see thousands of Jackfish and Sharks from the surface. *Permits must be booked months in advance.*

Daily Itinerary

Jetty Meetup

Gather at TDB Semporna Jetty. Collect snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins, life jacket).

Island Hopping

Boat ride to the first island. Snorkeling session (or hiking if Tun Sakaran route).

Lunch & Relax

Packed lunch served on the island or boat. Free time for photos and swimming.

2nd Island & Return

Move to the next island for the second snorkeling session. Return to Semporna jetty by 4:00 PM.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

No, you do not need to be an expert swimmer. We provide life jackets for all guests. Our guides will be in the water with a lifebuoy to assist you, so you can float comfortably and enjoy the view.

The hike to the peak of Bohey Dulang is 600 meters and usually takes 30-45 minutes. It involves stairs and dirt paths. It is moderate difficulty—most people with average fitness can do it, but you must wear **covered shoes** (sneakers or hiking sandals). Flip-flops are not allowed on the trail.

Yes, a packed lunch and drinking water are included in all our snorkeling packages. Please let us know if you have any vegetarian or special dietary requirements when booking.

Absolutely! Semporna is very family-friendly. We have smaller life jackets for kids. The boat ride is safe, but we recommend bringing hats and plenty of sunscreen for the little ones.

Bring your swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a change of dry clothes, and a waterproof bag if you have one. If you are doing the Tun Sakaran route, remember your sport shoes for the hike!
